Great co-workers. Convenient location, nice facility
Pay was way below the market.
Fast growing company on Middle East will offer a career growth.
Still developing a lot of areas and it's crating some barriers.
International and semi-luxury branding. Some good people to work with. "Them" and "us" gallows humour.
Bullying and family run business.

long hours and shifts and very busy often have to stay behind
Some very good people work there who really make an effort to do things and promote the business and are excellent for networking.
Unfortunately the good employees do not stay long. There is no respect for employees shown by middle management. If you are not Chinese there is not much chance of advancing.
Flexible training options and good benefits
Bad training quality and low attitude of management.
Good, hard working people, flexible with hours I could work. Standard pay but appropriate for role. Management not always listening to employees on the ground.
Particular hotel dated - staff work very hard but up against it with condition of hotel/customer expectation. Pay can be low (personal experience was standard for role)
