International and semi-luxury branding. Some good people to work with. "Them" and "us" gallows humour.

Pros

Some very good people work there who really make an effort to do things and promote the business and are excellent for networking.

Cons

Unfortunately the good employees do not stay long. There is no respect for employees shown by middle management. If you are not Chinese there is not much chance of advancing.

Pros

Good, hard working people, flexible with hours I could work. Standard pay but appropriate for role. Management not always listening to employees on the ground.

Cons

Particular hotel dated - staff work very hard but up against it with condition of hotel/customer expectation. Pay can be low (personal experience was standard for role)
